We would like to welcome you to Café On Cru – where enjoyment starts From 8 May From Wednesday to Sunday, Café On Cru is the place where taste, atmosphere and conviviality come together. An inviting meeting place in the heart of our restaurant, where you can escape the hectic pace of everyday life every day, accompanied by a delicious drink and a tasty bite.

What is Café On Cru? Café On Cru is much more than just a café. It is a warm, stylish place where you can settle down for a relaxed drink, a nice Friday afternoon drink with colleagues, a tasty snack or just a good glass of wine with a nice company. Our menu is packed with tasty bites, surprising small dishes and delicious snacks – perfect for sharing or keeping all to yourself.
Whether you choose a seat at the bar or plop down in one of our comfortable chesterfield sofas, the atmosphere is always casual, atmospheric and inviting.

And as soon as the sun shows itself? Then of course you can join us on our terrace! With stunning views of the iconic Willems Bridge, this is the place to relax, catch up and enjoy all that Café On Cru has to offer – but in the sun, with a gentle breeze and the city in the background.
With our stylish canopy, you canopy are always in the right place. Whether you are looking for the sun or prefer some shelter, our renovated terrace offers the best of both worlds. This way you can enjoy your drink and snack carefree in an atmospheric setting at any time of the day – and in any weather.
On Cru is located in the center of old Rotterdam at Haringvliet 92b next to the Koningsbrug. East of the Old Port. We serve dinner from Wednesday to Sunday from 18:00. We serve lunch from Thursday to Sunday from 12:00.
In the summer months we have a beautiful garden where we welcome you when the weather is nice. Our restaurant is trendy, classically decorated. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. For special occasions such as private dinings, business meetings, weddings and/or parties, we would like to get in touch with you by email on those days.

Restaurant On Cru is all about experiencing, surprising, sharing and tasting. Every season, the On Cru team challenges us to work with products and ingredients that the season gives us. Chef Kelvin de Pijper creates dishes that are daring and therefore allow guests to experience a taste sensation time and time again. At On Cru we often cook classic French hand in hand with Dutch products and ingredients. In collaboration with Denise’s service brigade, flavours from the On Cru kitchen go in harmony with our great wines.
